San Diego, August 22, 2011: Charles Duan Hamilton was sentenced by a federal court in San Diego to serve 141 months in custody, plus 10 years of supervised release for one count of sex trafficking of a minor. He was also ordered by pay $3,200.07 in restitution to the victim.
Hamilton admitted that he recruited and transported a 16 year old female for prostitution in San Diego County and other places. He was arrested in Seattle, Washington.
